Exclusive Health Plan offered By Dean for TLW members in Southern Wisconsin.

 

This program offers:

  • 11 Plan Designs ranging from a Copay plan to a $5,000 Deductible with or without HSA capabilities. 

  • 3% discount on individual rates

  • Availability is based on the fact that you work for a Tavern League Member, there is not an hourly requirement, part-time employees are eligible
